Just as Baptism makes us children of God and members of the Church, Confirmation is the sacrament that seals us with the gift of the Holy Spirit and strengthens us. Every baptized person can and should receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.

School age children (7 years and older) who are baptized and desire confirmation are normally prepared through St. Louis the King School at the Cathedral, with the consultation of the clergy, with preparation set up as a part of the religious program of the school. Special arrangements may be available for children attending other schools.

Adult Catholics who are practicing, but have not been confirmed, should call the rectory to receive the necessary preparation to be confirmed on Pentecost Sunday.
